Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement

We recognize the historic inequalities that authors of color and other underrepresented populations have faced in publishing. Our goal as a publisher is to reflect the diversity of our nation in our family of authors and our catalog of books. We seek to meet our DEI commitment by actively soliciting manuscripts from underrepresented populations. As part of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we have set aside a limited number of scholarships to publish outstanding works by authors from underrepresented communities.
